We left Martadi, Bajura and moved to Nepalgunj after getting an appointment as a Donor/Project Officer in Banke Community Cluster. It was mixture of excitement and worry. As a new role in urban city, feeling excited that I could get a better opportunity to learn and explore in new areas of works as well as worrying in sense that our daughter was born in mountain district and have to struggle to live in Nepal’s hottest place. We listed out list to buy while settling into Nepalgunj. First we were seeking rooms that we have to live. We were advised that 2 floor house would be better to hide ourselves from tempered Nepalgunj. We stayed in Surendra dai’s home for more than two weeks and found a ground floor house rooms nearby his house.
Our next project was to buy a list of goods. My office is far from our residence room. So, motorbike was our first priority. My wifes’ sister offers us to use her Scotty until buying bike. We brought that Scotty and ride for two months. As a hottest season has already arrived, we bought a Whirlpool refrigerator Royal 5 S. After that, dai supported us to purchase a bike. We got Honda CB Unicorn from Dhangadi and came back to Nepalgunj with my beautiful wife and cutie daughter.
We are now settled down into Nepalgunj. We are in tight budget so there are other listed items that we have to buy. Until then, we are thankful for our heavenly Father for all His blessing in our life. We still praying and waiting to fulfill our needs.
